Plain terms for buying and using Puplify skills. Last updated 17 September 2026.
What you are buying
Puplify sells two downloadable products: the From enquiry to paid invoice pack ($149 USD) and the Complete skills library ($399 USD). Each is a ZIP of written instruction files(SKILL.md), worked examples and a guide. Both are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no renewal and no account.
The sale is processed by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record. Polar takes your payment, issues the receipt, handles applicable tax and delivers the download. Polar's buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.
What you may do with the files
You get a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the files within your own business, including with your own ChatGPT, Claude or similar account. You may keep copies and adapt them for your use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files outside your business, or repackage them as your own product.
Refunds
If either download is not useful to you, email hello@puplify.com within 14 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund to the payment method you used. The refund is issued by Polar. A refund ends your license to use the files.
What the skills are, and are not
The skills are written instructions that you give to an AI assistant you already pay for. They are not software, they do not connect to your email, accounting system or bank, and they do not send anything on your behalf. Output produced with them is a draft. You are responsible for checking figures, dates, scope, terms and approvals against your own records before anything goes to a customer, supplier, employee or authority.
Nothing in the files is legal, tax, accounting, employment or safety advice. Where a skill touches those areas it says so and tells you to confirm with a qualified adviser. Worked examples are fictional illustrations, not customer results or promises of outcome.
Your ChatGPT or Claude account is separate, is not included, and is governed by that provider's terms. How well any file works depends on the assistant, the plan and the material you give it.
Liability
The files are provided as written, without warranty that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Puplify's liability for any claim connected with the files is limited to the amount you paid for them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
